At Maps to Healing psychotherapy services, you can expect fast, affordable counseling sessions. It is a safe and non-judgmental environment where we focus on co-creating solutions and understandings of your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. 

We believe being curious, increasing self-awareness, and having specific coping mechanisms are roads that lead to a happier and more fulfilling life. Whether it is depression, anxiety, relationship communication troubles, low self-esteem, parenting troubles, there is hope. Counseling psychotherapy is a great resource to add to your healing journey.

Frequently Asked Questions

Each session is 50- 60 minutes in length. You can request a longer session with your therapist and fees will adjust accordingly.

We offer student rates and in limited cases, we offer a sliding scale. Reach out to us directly via messages to talk about your case.

Most insurance providers accept psychotherapy services, however, always check with your specific insurance provider to be sure.

You can make payment via e-transfer or credit card.

Yes, there is paid parking in the building, and free 1-hour parking on the street.

We offer 15 minute free consultations to help us determine a good fit of skills and training. If the fit is not right, our therapists can make a recommendations for a therapist that might be a better fit for you.
